If an incorrect address was given, there is nothing I can do to help after the package has been shipped. The buyer will need to contact the post office related to the incorrect address and have it forwarded to the correct address, this creating a delay in delivery. The buyer is responsible or additional postal charges.

We have a strict policy on orders cancellations. We don’t cancel orders, and in the rare exception that that happens, we don’t make refunds, we only offer store credits that are redeemable for 1 year.

We don’t never accept returns or exchanges on swimsuits, baby essentials and personalized orders.
